I love September! It has always been the beginning of the New Year for me. I love structure and new routines to my days. I want to encourage you to add Stretch to your fitness routine.
Too often we take for granted our ability to easily move around and function in everyday life. As we get older, we gradually loose range of movement, strength and flexibility. Unless…… we STRETCH!
Stretching is the liquid gold that keeps our joints healthy and our bodies pain free. It is safe and effective for every one of every age! It takes no special equipment, and can travel with you wherever you go! Our bodies are asymmetrical, therefore some muscles are over worked compensating for the underused muscles creating stiffness and pain. Stretching strengthens, lengthens & creates more symmetry in our body and helps eliminate pain.
Stretching will enhance any fitness routine you have and will keep you functioning and feeling good every day. Book your private or group stretch, and get your liquid gold moving!
