The Fall Challenge begins one week from today. I don't know about you, but I'm craving more routine, the amazing energy that comes with a full studio & a healthy month. i.e. Getting back on track after summer.
Attend TEN classes in October & take home a tighter booty, a new fall routine & one of these 17-month Rifle Co planners to help keep that routine rolling into the New Year.
New to challenges? To participate, just book classes online & attend. That's it. We will have a challenge board in the studio to monitor progress to ten.
