The weekends in the studio are a special time.  There’s a different feel to a Saturday or Sunday morning class, everyone is relaxed & has the day ahead of them, perhaps we’re all a little less mentally into our to-do lists than during the week.

As I write this, I’m at home, fire going, reminding myself I need to get up & motivate soon to head to a spin class I booked earlier in the week (and thank god I did because I can tell you I wouldn’t be heading there on this snowy, couch calling evening if I weren’t already locked in).  And that said, it really is what my body, mind & heart need tonight.

Five opportunities to lock yourself in this weekend & leave feeling whole:
Saturday 8am / 9am / 10am
Sunday 9am / 10am
